All international orders from this webstore ship via DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). By prepaying for Duties and Taxes, most packages move quickly through the customs clearing process. In the unlikely event that your package(s) are delayed in customs, our customer service team will work closely with you and our international shipping partner, UPS, to assist in clearing your package(s) through customs. Please be sure to include your email contact information during checkout, in case you need to be contacted with regards to customs delays.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days from the date of the original purchase, less shipping charges. Your return and/or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. Items must be unworn and unused. All items must still be in its original condition and include all tags, parts and accessories.
We must receive your return and/or exchange at our warehouse no later than 45 days from the date of original purchase.
We reserve the right to ship back to the customer any returns that we receive that is not in compliance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
What if it’s worn?
We will not accept product(s) if worn or used in service by a Hilton Team Member.

- Shipping Charges – Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
If you have requested an exchange, the new merchandise will ship out upon receipt and inspection of the original product. Each property is responsible for paying the freight prior to shipment for the exchange order shipping back out. For international returns and exchanges, please note that we will not be able to refund duties, taxes or tariffs.
