We handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers satisfied and providing the Perfect Customer Experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a complete exchange or refund less shipping charges to the original form of payment. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase.
What if it’s worn?
We will not accept product(s) if worn or used in service by a Hilton Team Member.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1.855.240.7325 to coordinate your refund or exchange. They will provide you with a Return & Exchange form to include with your item(s). Please return your item(s) to the address below:

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.
If you have requested an exchange, the new merchandise will ship out upon receipt and inspection of the original product. Each property is responsible for paying the freight prior to shipment for the exchange order shipping back out. For international returns and exchanges, please note that we will not be able to refund duties, taxes or tariffs.
